Do you take returns or exchanges?
The existing Bellum Creations policy states that all sales are final and returns and exchanges are not accepted. For physical damage, contact the artist within 24 hours of delivery. This wording should be reviewed and finalized before production.
Do you take custom commissions?
Yes. Use the contact form to describe your ideal dice — colors, glitter, foil, mylar, liquid core, and any special details you have in mind. Commission acceptance and timing are subject to confirmation.
Are the dice balanced?
The only dice that are truly 100% balanced are casino grade dice. The majority of mass produced dice are created using injection molds, which create bubbles and voids within the dice. Resin dice are cured under pressure to reduce voids that exist in mold injected dice. Things such as mylar, pigments, mica powder weigh so little that they do not influence the roll of the dice. The manner in which you roll/throw your dice has a higher impact on the randomness of the dice roll. The dice I have created are not weighted and roll randomly.
Can I order a unique color combination?
Please get in touch through the commission enquiry form with your ideas. Available options, price, and timing depend on what can be created.
How long will my order take?
Exact processing time, shipping rates, and delivery estimates will be confirmed in the live WooCommerce setup and shown before a customer places an order.
How can I care for my dice?
- Wash with lukewarm water and a drop of mild dish soap, then pat dry with a soft cloth. Skip the alcohol and acetone, since they can cloud the surface. Go easy on the numbers: dab, don’t scrub.
- Keep your dice in a padded bag or case so they don’t scratch each other, especially sets with metallic finishes or delicate inclusions. Sunlight can yellow resin over time, and a hot car can warp it, so keep them somewhere cool and shaded.
- A dice tray or felt mat is your dice’s best friend. Hard surfaces like stone or glass can chip the edges or scratch the dice, and so can the occasional dramatic table slam.
One last thing
Every set is handmade, so small quirks like tiny bubbles or slight variations in inclusions are part of what makes your dice one of a kind.
Happy rolling, and may your dice always be in your favor!
Will sold-out creations be back?
Many dice designs are created in limited runs. Follow Bellum Creations for announcements, or contact the artist about the possibility of something similar.
