Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Processing time is separate from shipping time and is not included in the carrier’s estimated delivery window. Custom orders are not included in this processing timeframe and may take longer. Please refer to the individual listing or contact us for custom order timelines.

Responsibility for Packages: Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control, and we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide order and tracking information to help you with that claim, but we cannot file it on your behalf or guarantee its outcome.

Estimated Delivery Times: Shipping times are estimates only, are not guaranteed, and do not include processing time. Delivery may be delayed by holidays, inclement weather, carrier backlogs, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by these external factors.

Duties, Taxes & Additional Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional shipping charges that may apply to their order, including those assessed by the carrier or by the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.

Address Accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate prior to checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Safety Warning & Limitation of Liability

Choking Hazard / Small Parts: Dice are small items and are not toys. They should not be left unattended around children or animals. Dice contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard. They are not intended for children under 14 years of age without adult supervision.

Proper Use: Our products are intended for use in tabletop gaming and collecting. Please keep dice away from young children and pets, and do not place them in the mouth. Dice should be stored securely when not in use.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to supervise children or animals around our products. By purchasing from our shop, the customer accepts responsibility for the safe use and storage of all items purchased.

Returns, Exchanges & Final Sales

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or dissatisfaction with a product’s appearance.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Handmade Items & Product Appearance

Our products are handmade, so each set is unique. Slight variations in color, pattern, swirls, inclusions, shimmer, and finish are natural and are not considered defects. Small bubbles, tiny surface marks, and minor differences between individual dice in a set may occur due to the handmade process.

Products may also look different depending on lighting. Colors, shimmer, and effects can appear different in natural light, indoor light, and under LED or fluorescent bulbs. Additionally, computer, phone, and tablet screens vary in color settings and brightness, so the colors you see online may not exactly match the finished product. We do our best to photograph and describe each item accurately, but we cannot guarantee an exact match.

Custom orders may vary slightly from any reference images or mock-ups provided, since each piece is made by hand. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

Changes to Terms & Policies

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms and policies at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
